Computer Sales and Service is an independent IT company working with businesses and organizations across Florida. We look after the systems a business actually runs on — networks, servers, workstations, backups, email, and the line-of-business software everything else depends on.
How we work
Support is remote and covers the whole state, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern, with a same business day response during those hours. Remote means the work starts when you call rather than when somebody can be dispatched, and it means no travel time on your invoice.
When a problem genuinely needs hands on the hardware, we say so and help you get it sorted, instead of stretching out a screen share that was never going to fix it.
We are a small team by choice. You are not explaining your setup from scratch to whoever picks up — you deal with the same people each time, and they already know how your systems are put together.
