Managed IT Services and Support in Florida

Your systems watched, maintained and answered for. Same business day, Monday to Friday.

When a server goes down at nine in the morning, the cost is not the repair. It is everyone standing around waiting. Orders do not go out, invoices do not get written, and the phone keeps ringing.

Managed IT support exists to make that call rarer. Rather than waiting for something to break and billing you to fix it, we monitor the systems that matter, apply the updates that prevent most failures, and keep the things you would only miss in an emergency actually working. When something does break, we already know your setup.

What managed coverage includes

Monitoring and maintenance

Servers, workstations and network equipment are checked continuously rather than when somebody complains. Updates and patches are applied on a schedule, instead of whenever a machine nags a user into clicking Later.

A help desk that knows your setup

Your staff calls or emails and reaches the same team every time. Day-to-day machine and account work comes with it — setting up a new starter, retiring a machine, chasing a printer — and nobody has to explain the network again from the beginning.

Backups that get tested

A backup nobody has ever restored is an assumption, not a safeguard. We restore from them to confirm they work. In Florida, storm season tests that every year.

Email administration and security

Mailboxes, authentication, filtering, and control over who has access to what. Most of the attacks that reach a smaller company arrive by mail, and most of them are stopped here.

Vendor coordination

We deal with your line-of-business software vendor, your internet provider and your equipment suppliers directly, so your office manager is not the one sitting on hold.

Hardware specified, supplied and serviced

We quote and supply equipment when you need it, and we support what you already bought elsewhere.

What remote covers, and what it does not

Most of this work happens remotely, and that is a feature rather than a compromise. A monitored system usually reports a failing drive before anyone notices it, and work can start in ten minutes instead of on Thursday.

What remote cannot do is replace hardware. A dead switch or a failed drive needs someone standing in front of it. We say so up front and coordinate the replacement rather than pretending a screen share will do it.

Access runs through a managed monitoring and support platform rather than consumer screen-sharing tools, so it is controlled and every session is logged.

How coverage is structured

Monthly coverage is priced per user and normally starts at three users. One and two-user companies are taken case by case, which is a conversation rather than a refusal.

Managed agreements run annually. If you cancel, you remain responsible for third-party services and subscriptions already committed for the remaining term — licensing, hosted mail, backup storage. We would rather state that here than have you find it later.

Hourly work is available with no agreement at all, billed as it is used. After-hours support is available at a higher rate. We quote after looking at what you actually run, not from a price list.

Who you are actually calling

Computer Sales and Service supports commercial clients across Florida — building supply and lumber operations, dental practices, insurance agencies and housing authorities. The same team answers every time.

Over eight years doing this work. Response is same business day, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern.
